Update on Election

Dear All,

This is to inform you that Mr S A Jangam has been appointed as returning officer for conducting the election of our society.

He has suggested 14th May 2017 (First Sunday after 14 days clear notice period)

for calling the general body meeting for the formation of Managing Committee.

The whole process will be completed on the same day.

 Kindly confirm your presence on 14/04/2017.

 An early response would be helpful for fixing the date.

Dear all, Members of Ganga Satellite A7 CHS Ltd.

FYI,

Returning officer Mr Jangam has issued a notice for an EGM.

Important points of the notice:

• Meeting is scheduled on Sunday 14/05/2017 at 10:00 AM. at Society office/A7 lobby 
• Agenda is the election for the Managing Committee for the period 2017-22.
• Total strength of members to the committee to be elected is 11 -

       Gen-6,Women-2,SC/ST-1,OBC-1,VJ/.     NT/SBC-1

• All members should bring copy of their ID proof and those wishing to stand for the elections should bring 1 photo along with copy of the ID proof.
• All members those wishing to stand under SC/ST-1,OBC-1,VJ/.NT/SBC-1

       reserve categories will need to provide      

       Attested Caste certificate.

• Schedule-

        10:30-11:00am.    Filing nomination  

                                       papers

         11:00-11:15am.    Sorting of the 

                                       nomination papers 

         11:15-11:30am.   Scrutiny and  

                                       verification

         11:30-11:45am.   Withdrawal if any.

          11:45-12:00pm.  Publication of the  final list of the candidates .

          1:00-2:00pm- polling if required.

             Thereafter results will be declared.

 Note: Notice has been put up on the notice board .
