Change of water pipe line of common area of Ganga satellite

Dear All,
As you are aware of deteriorating conditions of campus common water pipe lines.

Experts have suggested to change them at the earliest.
Apex body has also approved the project.

Pls find herewith MOM of the Apex and the report from consultant on the expenses.

The total cost comes out to be approx 25 Lacs meaning around ₹ 5000/- per flat.

We have Paid amount Rs 90,000/- (5000*18=90,000) Against Apex bill for the replacement of new water pipelines,

We will raise a separate bill for this amount as this quarter bill has already been raised.
