recover gnotes from android flashed

hi

i need to flash my android

after that my gnotes are gone but i steel have them on my sd card but i cant read them

is there any way so i can read them ?

please help me i need them

If you have them you should be able to email them to yourself. There is some sortc

If you have them you should be able to email them to yourself. There is some sort of syncing that can be done that way.  Try looking at them in  with a computer while in gmail. If you can see them after opening them with a different machine you will have your info back.

i test it but all of them are binary or something like this 

i cant simply read them they are in .grnotes in my cd card root please give me some way

its 3 folders and some other files you should to know better its .Gnotes folder

I click it and it looks like it is trying to open it but then an error message says 'unable to open this file"
