How to sync with Gmail - GNotes - Note app for android

I'm looking forward to syncing my gnotes to my computer.

I don't know where the gnotes appear on my computer. On my Thunderbolt phone i have all updates and have clicked 'sync'.

While looking for the process i see this commen; "First of all, you need enable the IMAP of your GMail" at
http://www.gnotes.me/help/how-to-sync-with-gmail 

Where does that option exist? "First of all, you need enable the IMAP of your GMail".

Is that in gmail setting or gnotes. I haven't found it. I don't see a page that looks like that so I'm not even getting started yet.

Hi,

The imap settings is under Gmail Settings -> Forward and POP/IMAP

After you enable the IMAP, you can sync GNotes with your Gmail.

All the notes will be located under the Gmail label "Notes".

Well it is there now. I don't know if I missed it or have had something change for the better. 

While I realize that the Gnotes are editable while opened as a reply draft  what I'd like to find now is a way to have those edits on the PC sync back to the phone? 

Any thoughts? I'm going to go see if I can click on those drafts now and have them save in gnotes on my phone now.

I have Outlook 2010 and use Google Apps.  My notes from Outlook sync to Outlook Documents. 

I got a new Samsung Stratosphere (Android) from Verizon and downloaded Gnotes.  When I add a note on Gnotes and then sync, the note appears in a folder with my emails. 

I need to figure out a way to sync them to the same place.  I want all my old notes to get synced on my phone and I want future notes to be synced to the same place.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I do have the most recent gnotes.  I also do have my settings on IMAP.  But my notes in outlook sync to Google Docs not Google email.

Syncing gnotes with gmail has been a horror for me. I lost important info when a phone got damaged recently. None of the gnotes were synced. Please direct me to a definitve tutorial on how to sync. The youtube video is too vague and doesn't show me anything that works.

Syncing with Gmail stopped when the phone was changed even though the app was installed in the new phone (S6). how can it be re-synced? Thanks
