cannot click work online on evolution

Hi,
I accidentally closed evolution (version 2.30.3) when it sending an
email and when I opened it back, the Send/Receive button is being grayed
out and so is the Work Online button.
Any idea/solution?

even after reboot the desktop also it is still like this?
i never have such issues b4 yet...
