where is the 'dont ask to resume at start up' option?

Asking if I want to resume when I watch a video again. How do I turn this off?

I believe this is a feature of the SVN code. I keep planning on
releasing the code and may do so in the next week or two.

If you have that code the preference is

Edit -> Preference -> [Interface] Media Resume option Always ask,
Always resume, or Never Resume.

Also there was a bug fix in SVN that worked around incorrectly
determining if a video was resumable or not.
