IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

The following is the schedule for submission of Examination forms for the Even Semester University Exams to be held in May/June, 2017 (without late fee):-

1.           The forms for regular semesters are being distributed to the students in their classes, which will be collected by the Teachers of their Departments.

 

2.           The Re-appear students are required to fill up their forms after depositing Exam fee of Rs. 1,500/- as per above schedule along with regular forms. Additional Exam. fee of Rs. 500/- is payable by the re-appear students who have availed 03 chances including 1st chance. Re-appear students are also required to write the code Nos. of their Re-appear papers. 

 

3.           While filling up the forms, the students should ensure the following:-

 

        I.            Spellings of the Name and Father’s Name should be the same as mentioned in their University Registration Cards. The first year students should mention their names etc, as mentioned in their 10+2 Marks sheet. The 2nd year LEET students should mention their names as per their Diploma Certificates.

 

      II.  It is compulsory for all the students to mention their Regn. Nos. in the relevant column otherwise the form will not be accepted.

 

4.           The students who have not yet deposited their College fees for the current Semester, should submit their forms after depositing outstanding fees, otherwise their Examination forms will not be sent to the Kurukshetra University and they will themselves be responsible for the payment of late fee as applicable.

 

5.           It is in their own interest that the students should submit their forms/fees well in time as per schedule notified to avoid late fee of Rs. 300/- to Rs. 900/- as per prescribed by the University.
