IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

The Exam. Forms for the Odd Semester (Regular) examinations to be held in Dec. 2016, will be distributed to the students in their respective classes by their  Teachers, after getting their signatures on the Roll lists on 26-08-2016. The students are required to submit the same, duly completed in all respects and pasting photographs at proper places to the Coordinators of their respective Departments on 31-08-2016 (Wednesday).  The students should mention the spellings of their names/Fathers’ names strictly as mentioned in their particulars as per their University Regn. Cards/10+2/Diploma Certificates.  The students should note that only one Exam. form each will be issued to them and in case they destroy or misplace the same, the second form will be issued to them by the Academic Branch on payment of Rs. 20/- each.

The HODs will appoint Coordinators for this purpose who will ensure that the forms are properly filled and signed by the students at the appropriate places.  These Coordinators will collect the forms from the students and deposit the same in the Academic Branch in ONE LOT on 02-09-2016 positively along with list of students who do not submit the same and  also return their blank forms .

FOR RE-APPEAR CANDIDATES

They will be should issued blank forms at the Counter of Academic Branch and will be required to submit the same there before or after class hours, after depositing the examination fee rate of  Rs. 1500/- each. However, the students who have already availed 3 chances including original to pass the concerned Exam. will be required to deposit additional fee of Rs. 500/- each, as prescribed by the University.
