Our comprehensive capsule range is a relatively new part of the Alfredo Espresso universe. Three of our popular espresso varieties are available in capsule form for self-service, so that customers can easily prepare Super Bar, Caff Lungo and Decaffeinato with the push of a button. The capsule product range also includes a high-quality box with presenter, and the purpose-developed Doreen capsule machine.

Espresso symbolises modern urban living like no other hot beverage. And that is exactly what we want to convey to customers, going beyond the contents of the cup. So in addition to our exciting espressi, we also offer a wide selection of accessories and equipment for cafs and restaurants. Wherever Alfredo Espresso is served, it can be presented in high-quality espresso cups and saucers, with Alfredo Espresso sugar sticks, and with branded biscuits or chocolates.

We also offer restaurateurs and caf operators complete design concepts for their locations. In addition to table tent cards and aprons for staff, there are also indoor digital displays as well as beach flags and sun umbrellas for outdoors. They show customers from a good distance where they can get a delicious Alfredo Espresso.

You can enjoy a Caff Lungo, Decaffeinato or Super Bar by Alfredo Espresso at the simple press of a button. The new Alfredo Espresso capsule line exclusive for gastronomy comprises these three popular espresso roasts, the Doreen capsule machine which was specially developed for us, and an exclusive capsule box with an attractive presenter insert for three or six capsules.

Its exclusive mix of select Arabica and Robust coffees, carefully roasted in a special process, gives Alfredo Espresso Caff a full-flavoured body. The flavour is silky and malty, whether as espresso or caff creme. It delights with discreet bitterness and a very pleasant acidity.

Like Alfredo Espresso itself, the recipe for the intense Super Bar espresso comes from Bologna. This mildly acidic espresso is roasted to a classic recipe that gives it a full flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate. With its delightfully fine-pored crema it pleases the eye as well.

The lively Cremazzuro is a classic original espresso with robust body and a thick, fine-pored crema. With its selected, very slow-roasted Robusta beans it has almost no acidity, a pleasant spice, and notes of nut and chocolate.

We confess that we might have had just a little bit to do with the fact that today you can find espresso everywhere in Europe.

Back in the day, filter coffee was basically what everyone drank. That changed in the 70s when espresso started showing up in Germany. Here you can learn how Albert Darboven brought espresso to Germany, and thus had an influence on how people throughout Europe enjoy coffee today.

Super Bar is by far the most powerful espresso in our capsule line. Its intense flavour and full body reveal aromas of semisweet chocolate. The lively flavour profile is perfectly set off by an elastic, finely pored crema.

Unmistakably balanced, with a light sweetness, Caff Lungo easily pleases any palate. It features a harmonious interplay of light acidity and spicy bitterness and crowns it all with fine, light-coloured crema.

Super Bar comes from Bologna, the city where Alfredo Espresso first learned the fine art of roasting. This espresso is thus an homage to our Italian teachers, and to the dark roasting techniques practiced here for generations that make Super Bar Special so lively, powerful and aromatic.

Its intense flavour profile comes from its roast and an almost equal mix of Robusta and Arabica beans. With each sip, it delivers spicy aromas of dark semisweet chocolate and fresh breadcrust, quickly followed by a delicate sweetness. The overall impression is one of surprisingly harmonious balance with an extraordinarily full mouthfeel that the elastic, finely-pored crema hints at even before the first taste.

When Italian espresso machines became popular in Greece, Frappe started to lose its popularity because the Greeks adapted the espresso concept to create their own version of a chilled coffee beverage.

This can be done only if the glass is very narrow (so that the ice is not too much, otherwise it will make the coffee watery). If you don't have a narrow tall glass choose a short, wide one such as a whiskey tumbler (old fashioned glass)

Het DLC Caf Soest is gevestigd in het rijksmonument van station Soestdijk, dit was vroeger de Koninklijke wachtkamer van Koningin Emma. Het gebouw is prachtige onderhouden en binnen vormen oude materialen en industrile elementen een mooie mix in het interieur.
