With the ever-flowing grace of Adi Parashakthi (an embodiment of Divine Energy), Sri. Madurai G.S.Mani's performances at SSVT & Murugan Temple (Maryland) were rejoiced by one and all. During the Namasankeerthanam performance, G.S.Mani mama gave an Outstanding Lecture on the Significance of Nama Ruchi & Suvasini Puja. The Audience was spell-bound!! Divine Mother has made the Choice. During the performance with attendees from New Jersey, Canada, Maryland, and Virginia, on behalf of Gnanananda Seva Samajam Inc, G.S. Mani mama announced the 2014 Namasankeerthanam Mela with SAHASRA SUVASINI PUJA to be held during Labor Day Weekend (Sat Aug 30th & Sun Aug 31st, 2014) and to be jointly planned & executed by various organizations along the East Coast. Several organizations, Community Leaders, and Volunteers are excited and will be working together to organize & perform this auspicious event as a congregation. During the Namasankeerthanam Mela, 1008 Registered Ladies will be invoked as Divine Mother and Puja will be performed on them.

 

A Sahasra Suvasini Puja has never been performed in the East Coast. This will be the first event of its kind in History - a Namasankeerthanam Mela with a Sahasra Suvasini Pooja - and we look forward to extensive participation.

 

The First Meeting for the event is scheduled. Prasad will be served. Please RSVP. Contacts from each organization (including Non-Profit organizations & Temples), Community Leaders, and Individual Volunteers will be added to the Suvasini Distribution List to begin communication for the Planning & Preparation details.
