I am really sorry to say this. On the day of the meet we have As per our discussions, we have finalised the necessity of the following teams. We want volunteers to join the team & make the work GOING!

  1. Executive & Mass-Media team.
  2. Publicity & Media team.
  3. Refreshments Team(Food).
  4. Documenting Team.
  5. OPERATION TEAM.
  6. VOLUNTEERS.
Have we left any other teams that are important for the smooth functioning of the event? please mail.

TEAMS & RESPONSIBILITIES.
    1. Executive & Mass-Media team.
      • The main responsibilities are to meet with the officials(corporation, Schools or offices).
      • Addressing the media.
      • Act as the front face of the event & the trust.
              • WHAT ELSE? 
    2. Publicity & Media team.
      • Create publicity for the event online, through messages or phone. Whatever.
      • We want extensive publicity on Facebook, Blogger, twitter, ORKUT or any other forms of media.
      • The team must bring in more VOLUNTEERS for the event.
    1. Refreshments Team(Food). (Crazy numbering. cant change the S..t)
      • Must acquire the refreshments and facilitate the distribution of the refreshments. (Tea, Cake & water for all the volunteers.)
      • Must acquire = Bring the things to the field on the day of the event. (Of course, expenses will be borne by the trust)
      • Must ensure that nothing is left on the beach. (We dont want to litter the beach again!)
    1. Documenting Team.
      • Team must take the photographs, video of the events.
      • Write up or report is not necessary. (That can be done by all at last.)
    1. OPERATION TEAM.
      • THE TEAM OF THE DAY.
      • This team should prepare & mark the squares for cleaning.
      • Distribute the accessories. ie gloves, Gunny bags.
      • RECOVER THE ACCESSORIES. 
    1. VOLUNTEERS.
      • Well... This is the real action team.
Well, please take up the positions voluntarily. The above said teams will (should) at least have a strength of 15. So... Please bring in anyone, whom you think would fit the role.

As of now, Dhiyanesh, Viju & Myself are in the executive team.

THE EVENT AS WE GO IS SCHEDULED FOR NOV28th.  (DEC12th... ? Wil finalise tomorrow. Sorry.) 
I am happy to say that employees of the LOGICA TECHNOLOGIES will join with us. If things go well there should at least be some 100 odd numbers of them. (STILL HOLDING MY FINGERS CROSSED. Things will be confirmed tomorrow.) 

Also, send in the changes that, you think, are needed in the teams & the responsibilities.
