Gnana Deepam RESPONSIBILITIES?

Vanakkam,

We have been speaking a lot about RCC. But frankly, it is just the part of the cake... Following are the responsibilities that we will have.

1) MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR - One who maintains the database of members & manages them. Will maintain the funds. - MUST PREPARE THE FORMS & COLLECT MEMBERSHIP FEE.

2) AWARENESS ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR - One who coordinates the awareness activities. - MUST PREPARE THE PAMPHLETS, PLACARDS & OTHER PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.

3) EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR - One who coordinates the teaching & competitions. - MUST CONTACT SCHOOLS & CENTRES. SHOULD WORK TOGETHER WITH AWARENESS ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR & PREPARE MATERIALS.

4) WEB TEAM DIRECTOR  - One who takes care of the website, Facebook, Twitter, orkut, Blogger etc. accounts. - MUST BE ONLINE & GOOD AT ENGLISH.

5) PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR - One who projects the trust in public meetings & media. - MUST INTERACT WITH THE MEDIA.

6) ACCOUNTS   - One who maintains the accounts of the trust. - As of now, I am taking the post. If anyone is good at accounting, I will be happy to give up the responsibility.

Al though all the activities are inter-related, only when we have separate goals for each domain will we be able achieve the overall objective. ie the rationality behind all these separated responsibilities. This way we can work independent of the other & so even if one fails to be up to the "EXPECTATION", the damage will be less.


Now, please send about the responsibilities that you can handle. Also, send a small write up reg the reason for choosing the responsibility & what will be your roles or how will you fulfill your responsibility...

For any reason, if anyone thinks that I am going on too fast... Pls tell me. Let us be patient.
