We may have our alumni meet on June 24th, 2011(To be confirmed with the school by Saravanan) and for the convenience-sake, we have scheduled our Annual Board of Trustees meet on the same day. We will have our BoT meet on the day of alumni meet. Further details about the meet will shortly be updated.
As of now the AGENDA for the meet are as follows.
Kindly send in your agenda and inputs for the RESOLUTION(things that we will have to decide). Inputs for better functioning of the trust is also welcome. Kindly send the details in points. (Separate under each head).
Please see to it that you send in all your inputs prior to May 10th, 2011.
