Dear Parents,

Please take the time to fill out our grants required surveys below. There is a survey for you and one for your child. Please fill out the parent survey and then have your child answer the student survey. Students that do not do the survey at home will have to be pulled from class to do it at camp, so please help us maintain the camp curriculum by taking care of this requirement at home.
