Google Groups Shutting Down and Parents Meeting

Dear Parents

GMYS is transitioning our email database over to constant contact.  We will stop using the google groups shortly.  Please make sure you are signed up for the correct groups/ensembles/classes in constant contact.  You can go to www.gmys.org then enter your email under "Stay Connected.  Sign up for our monthly newsletter".  Once you enter your email and press go, you can chose which groups you want to be added to.  There are groups for all the ensembles and classes.  Also add your email to "General Interest" to receive the enewsletter.  In the future, emails for the orchestras,band, and classes will go out through this service, not google groups.  Thank you. 


Beginning of the year Parent's Meetings will take place

Sunday, Sept 19th at University of Miami (Volpe 101), 2pm

and

Sunday, Sept 26th at Miami Dade College (Bldg 8, 2nd Floor), 2:30pm

Please be sure to be in attendance for important information for the 2010-11 season!

FYI-  If you are already a member of constant contact, it will give you the opportunity to still update which groups you are in.  After you enter your email and hit go, if your email is already in Constant Contact, it will give you the option to receive an email to update the groups you are assigned to.  Please hit SUBMIT so you can update your email preferences.  Thank you.
