Conda command not found error

Hi all,

After installing gmxMMPBSA using conda, I get a command not found error when running the gmx_MMPBSA command. When I  run the gmx command it correctly points to the .conda/envs/gmxMMPBSA folder.

Could you please help me out?

Did you activate the conda environment?
Please verify that gmx_MMPBSA is actually installed in your environment using conda list

I am unsure if I skipped any steps during installation, or is just installing the yml file using conda sufficient to install gmxMMPBSA

As you can see, gmx_MMPBSA is not installed.

Use this command to install it
python -m pip install git+https://github.com/Valdes-Tresanco-MS/gmx_MMPBSA.git
