After installation without any error, it showed gmx_MMPBSA__test command not found. What should i do at this situation please suggest me.

Do you mean `gmx_MMPBSA_test`? Did you activate the virtual environment (usually gmxMMPBSA) before calling gmx_MMPBSA_test?

Please, check that gmx_MMPBSA is installed

`conda list | grep gmx-mmpbsa`
