Run MMPBSA using shell script

Hello everyone.

I want to run the MMPBSA continuosly using the shell script. But the problem is, after one process is complete, the gmx_MMPBSA_ana will pop out automatically. So I need to close it in order for the next process is complete. How to prevent the gmx_MMPBSA_ana to automatically start after each process is done?

You can use -nogui flag in the command, then gmx_MMPBSA_ana popup will not come.
