 I am trying to install gmx_MMPBSA ubuntu
I used these commands respectively.
sudo apt install openmpi-bin libopenmpi-dev openssh-client
 sudo apt-get install python
 sudo apt-get install python3-pip 
sudo apt-get upgrade 
sudo apt-get update
curl -O https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh 
chmod +x Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh 
./Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh 
conda update conda 
conda create -n gmxMMPBSA python=3.9 -y -q 
conda activate gmxMMPBSA 
conda install -c conda-forge mpi4py=3.1.3 ambertools=21.12 compilers -y -q after this command
 ı am getting this error

how to fix  this error

Please, try using the env.yml file described in the documentation (https://valdes-tresanco-ms.github.io/gmx_MMPBSA/dev/installation/#requirements). Currently, must be compilers=1.2.0

Then I tried to run example which is protein-ligand/ST
 gmx_MMPBSA -O -i mmpbsa.in -cs com.tpr -ct com_traj.xtc -ci index.ndx -cg 3 4 -cp topol.top -o FINAL_RESULTS_MMPBSA.dat -eo FINAL_RESULTS_MMPBSA.csv after writing code,
I am getting this error,
gmx_MMPBSA: error: unrecognized arguments: -cp topol.top I dont understand where I have done wrong

Does the error look that the one below? If yes, probably is a network problem. Sometimes it is related to VPN connections
