How to run analysis [gmx_MMPBSA_ana] without GUI?

Hi,

I am trying gmx_MMPBSA for my projects. I usually use CHARMM forcefields.

I want to perform analysis on an Ubuntu server without GUI.

Can I do it? If yes, how?

Yes, add -nogui option to the command line. Check this section in the documentation (https://valdes-tresanco-ms.github.io/gmx_MMPBSA/gmx_MMPBSA_command-line/#gmx_mmpbsa-command-line) or type gmx_MMPBSA -h
