Dear Sir

I am currently using gmx_MMPBSA version 1.5.2. I want to upgrade it to the current version (probably 1.5.7). Do I need to uninstall the earlier version completely and then reinstall the new version? Or is there any command that would help me to upgrade it directly.

activate the conda environment where gmx_MMPBSA is and upgrade as follows:

python -m pip install gmx_MMPBSA -U
