Sir,
I was able to run the gmx_MMPBSA command. But towards the end an error message has popped up.Kindly help me with this issue.

Could you show me the OS info? (first section in the gmx_MMPBSA.log file). I suspect that is a drivers problem

Definitely is a problem with the driver (related to the Intel Iris GPU, I guess). Please, try installing this:
conda install -c conda-forge libstdcxx-ng

I did it as you said. gmx_MMPBSA_ana tab is opening but in the terminal still the same error message(mentioned before) comes.
