Hi,

just noticed yesterday that there is no more "Report Phishing" option
available in the message view .. anyone know why Google removed this
from Gmail?

I still have it here.  Are you looking in the menu that appears when you click the arrow next to Reply on the top right corner of the message?

Does anyone know what it did, anyway?

If all it did was send reports to the Gmail team so they can figure out what
the general public considers to be phishing, then perhaps they've gathered
all the info they needed and don't need any more.
