Уважаемые коллеги!

Московский городской психолого-педагогический университет приглашает Вас на практический мастер-класс

"Цель и структура презентации. Способы вовлечения аудитории"

Мастер-класс предназначен для студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей и всех желающих научиться делать эффектные презентации при подготовке докладов и различных видов выступлений.

На практических примерах Вы научитесь:

а) подбирать готовую или разрабатывать оригинальную структуру подачи информации в соответствии с целями и содержанием выступления;

б) использовать  технику  "Анализа аудитории" и использовать полученные данные при подготовке и проведении презентации;

в) устанавливать эмоциональную связь с аудиторией с целью её активного вовлечения.

Встреча пройдет на английском языке 24 апреля в 18:00 в ректорате главного здания МГППУ по адресу: Сретенка, д. 29.

The workshop is presented by

Department of Foreign Languages, Department of Psychology of Moscow State Pedagogical University. Gave presentations at several international congresses in Great Britain, Spain and Germany. Designed and conducted a university course Public Speech/Academic Presentation at the Department of Foreign Languages, MSPU.  Research focus on neurocognitive aspects of synaesthesia. The workshop will focus on some of the most pertinent strategies and skills of presentation design and delivery. This session will embrace two issues. What we will cover first is a technique of choice of delivery structure in relation to the purpose of the talk: how to encapsulate and delineate the principle message of their perspective talks. The target skills and expertise that the attendees will acquire are (a) the ability to effectively abridge their script so as to make the message of their presentation succinct and expressive; (b) knowledge how to divide your message into basic arguments; (c) the ability to select or work out an appropriate structure for your talk. The second issue that we will cover in the workshop is the widespread pitfalls regarding delivery – specifically, it will be demonstrated how to shift the mundane presenter-centred perspective into a more engaging, audience-oriented one. In terms of practice, the participants (a) will know what points to include in audience analysis and how to capitalise on them during delivery; (b) will know how to establish rapport with their audience and tune up their talk on the basis of ongoing feedback. Therefore, the attendees will obtain hands-on advice how to switch on their “boredom meter” or how to get audience engagement right.
