Madison Speedskating Club looking for a New Coach

Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to send out a message that the Madison Speedskating Club in Wisconsin is looking for a new coach. I have helped coach the club for the last year and a half but will not be in Madison next year, so they are in need of another coach. Tom Riley currently coaches for the club, but it's very helpful to have two coaches on the ice at once. Brooke Gall, a former Midway skater also coached in the past while going to school in Madison. In the past, they have practiced one evening per week, but this coming season they plan to have 2 practices per week, 1 hour each. Ice starts in September/October.

I know Minnesota has a history of high school graduates going to school at UW-Madison, so thought I'd see if anyone is coming out here this fall and would be interested in coaching. Or if you know of anyone else in or moving to the Madison area that may be interested in coaching, please have them contact me at susa...@comcast.net. Also, let me know if you have any questions!
