Matt Vraa will be holding a US Speedskating level one coaching class for anyone interested the weekend of the US Nationals at the John Rose Oval. The class time will be Friday evening the 23^rd of February, and Saturday afternoon the 24^th, after the completion of competition. Matt has run this course before and he covers a lot of material quickly and keeps it interesting. I would encourage anyone who wants to attend to take advantage of this opportunity.

If you are interested in the course please contact me or Matt. Participants will also need to complete the attached for and forward it to US Speedskating. Please forward this information to others in your club.
