group moderation updated, spammers blocked

Hi Folks,

Sorry about the recent spam coming through this google group. My email
filters were rejecting it, so I didn't catch on until now.

I've updated the moderation rules on the group, so new users will have
their first messages held for moderation.

In other news, I started a new job this summer, so I was bit too busy
to get much code ready for release. That said, I'm still working on
getting more code up and ready for release later this fall.
