Complicated Issue, read full thread

Okay, so I had initially got it working in terms of joining the server port. But, I realized that I didn't select the file I wanted, and now when I click on it it says that it's already running, and I tried to find it in the task manager's processes and I couldn't find it anywhere. I've uninstalled it then reinstalled it and still can't change it.
