Hello my name is Tracy Harty. I helped my 9 year old son today registered on your website on March 19, 2013 because we thought it was a website that had games he would enjoy playing, but I decided this was not for us. I tried to look online to figure out how to close and deactivate my gmod account but I could not find any answers on how to do this. Please help me close my gmod account, because this is not what we thought it was. I typed in the address that was listed on your website under the terms and agreement to terminate my account but it said on our computer that it was an invalid address. The URL address that was listed on your website to terminate an account was GMODpowered.com/. Please email me back regarding how I can deactive the account I signed up for today. Thank you very much. I am sorry to hear of your problems deactivating your account. You have reached the helpdesk for the Generic Model Organism Database, gmod.org, and unless your son was interested in software for genetic and genomic applications, I can't provide any assistance.

I suggest that you return to GMODpowered.com and search for contact email addresses there.
