I've noticed a discrepancy between the "GBrowse Configuration/URL schema" documentation (http://gmod.org/wiki/GBrowse_Configuration/URL_schema) and GBrowse 2.52 behavior----specifically, the "enable" and "disable" parameters.

The documentation states that for "enable" and "disable", multiple tracks can be specified by specifying the track names separated by "+" or "-" characters; however, this does not appear to work:

http://soybase.org/gb2/gbrowse/gmax1.01/?enable=cgh_indel-marker_map3

Using multiple "enable" or "disable" parameters does appear to work; however:

http://soybase.org/gb2/gbrowse/gmax1.01/?enable=cgh_indel;enable=marker_map3

(the added tracks are labeled "soybean (map version 3.0)" and "fast neutron").

If this is considered to be a GBrowse bug, I can file a bug report; otherwise, if it's a documentation bug, the wiki should be updated.

Regards,

I'd say it's a bug--you should be able specify multple tracks for one
invocation of the parameter; that's certainly the behavior I'd expect.
Please file a bug report.

Thanks!
