Internal Review & discussion on works being done by each Executive

Dear All:
We will have our internal review on 12-4-2010 at 1000hrs.
Being the first meeting of the fin year, all executives at TVM are to attend, in addition to DGM & DEs at Enk. It is proposed to discuss the works assigned to each with the key responsibilities, details of data being maintained by them and the reports/statements under their responsibility. All officers are to prepare their sheets in consultation with the AGMs/DEs/CAOs and with the approval of DGMs concerned.
I am attaching a sample worksheet as a model
It is to be realised that the objective is to ensure that
1. All are clear on what they are expected to do
2. All works for which NP-CM is responsible is allocated and made accountable.
All executives would be expected to present their work details by themselves. Kindly consult wrt any doubt in preparation of the sheet. Their suggestions on improving theirs as well as the office productivity will be most welcome.

I hope that all of you must have pondered over the matter and would have framed up the required sheet in a structured manner. The meeting can start at 1100hrs [change from previous mail] at the conf hall at o/o PGMT,Uppalam road and will be upto 1300hrs. A talk on ‘stress management’ by renowned speaker also has been arranged by Sri Aslesh between 1400-1700 hrs. All of you can benefit from the same.
In the session between 1100-1300 hrs all executives in JAO/JTO/AO/SDE would be expected to talk on the sheets that they have prepared on their area of work, in consultation/approval of their DE/CAO/DGMs.

Dear All:
It had been discussed in the meeting that all would send the work details and the formats of reports/statements to AGM Admn. I am yet to receive the consolidated documents.
It also was discussed that stand-bye officer to look after in case of AO/SDE/DE/CAO being absent on leave/training will be decided by the concerned controlling officer. I didn’t see any mail or letter from any one. Pl send the details to AGM Admn for consolidation and circulation.
Please note that the points discussed in the meetings are not to be wished away.

This is further to our meeting on 14-4-2010.
I hope most of the executives would have given you the details. If not, they will take this as a reminder.
While listing the work details, all are expected to list not more than 5 works which they do. The works are to be described in such a way that all their works are captured and the same is to be listed in the order of importance to the organisation [ as per their judgment of course].
Please give the compiled document by 29th May-10. If someone is yet to give the same, you may leave out their part and submit. Please do let me know who are left out that way.
