QUALIFICATION:

BE Chemical / ME Chemical

 

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

3 - 5 years

Experience on Chemcad, HYSYS, Aspen plus, Simulation, UNISIM.

 

Job Description / Roles & Responsibility

 

·         Understands the section to be modeled from lead Engineer and ensures that required prerequisite information such as design inputs, product tools and product are available prior to commencement of work.

·         Responsible for modeling detailed sections such as distillation columns, Compressor with Controls and simple unit operation such as pumps, vessels etc.

·         Ensures that the model delivered is within the budget and scheduled time period.

·         Responsible for testing the models using the standard test procedures

·         Responsible for adhering to quality procedures for the sections modeled.

·         Responsible for final model documentation.

·         Participates in critical phases of modeling such as Acceptance test / DCS integration.

·         Participates in acceptance test with Lead Engineer.

·         Travel to customer site for acceptance test etc. as when the job requires; 40 - 60%.

 

 

 

WALK-IN SCHEDULE:

Technical round followed by HR round.
