Education: First class Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electronics of 3 years full time duration with a minimum of 3 years experience, out of which 1 year of experience must be in one or more area of installation, upgradation and configuration of Routers, Switches and Network administration, installation and management of AVS packages and MS operating systems OR BE in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electronics with experience in one or more area of installation, upgradation and configuration of Routers, Switches and Network administration, installation and management of AVS packages and MS operating systems.
Job Requirements: To assist in the management of ICT infrastructure of the Computer Network Services Unit of the Laboratory in the area of:1.Installation and maintenance of network components including Routers, Switches, Firewall, VPN and security appliances.2.Installing, configuring and maintaining Gateway and Desk Top AVS packages. 3.Installation and maintenance of Open-Source OS / Windows Servers and other IT services. 4.Installation and maintenance of MS-operating systems.
Desirable: Pass (i) in Certified CISCO Network Administrator (CCNA) Examination and (ii) Micro Soft Certification Examination (MSCE).
