In case you didn'e get my previous email.

We are doing some research over customer retention strategies in e-commerce and offline retail/similar service providers i.e. the likes of Amazon, Flipkart, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Walmart, Bestbuy, Hypercity, Shoppers Stop, TripAdvisor, etc and would like 10 minutes of your time to fill in this survey(9 questions).
