Need a room tomorrow for GMITE7 group assignment discussion

Our group of 10 persons is planning to meet tomorrow for the Managerial A/C assignment discussion.

Can you pls arrange a room for us. We will be there from 2 PM to 5 PM. Will need Wifi, and laptop charging points.
