Happy Weekend. Checking what time we meet tomorrow?
 
We need to do below 2 tasks
1. Go over the calculations and the analysis
2. Create the Presentation and have it ready.
 
So can we meet tomorrow afternoon (any time) for the calculation and analysis verification and on Sunday Morning for preparation of the PPT?
 
 
Kindly share if this is fine as few of them have work at morning so felt afternoon would be ideal. Thoughts please lets finalize the time which is very important.

Hi Folks,

 

I would also prefer meeting sometime tomorrow a'noon or on Sunday morning. Tomorrow being the Republic day, would have liked to take kids to the programmes arranged in the apt complex (for 26th Jan). 

 

Having said that if rest of the group agrees to meet on Saturday morning, that's also fine with me.

This is my proposal[Same as Manohar].

Meet Sunday morning 10 AM(or even early) to 3 PM @ IIMB. Most of the other groups are coming @ same time, so better to come early and reserve some room with wifi.

Sunday evening(7 PM-8 PM/similar time), have a skype call for every one(ppl who couldn't join, + outstation guys). I can send bridge details.

1. Go over the calculations and the analysis -> The template is there. I'll send full version by tomorrow.
2. Create the Presentation and have it ready -> Draft will be ready before.

3. Who's who: Who's presenting what.

PS: Would be great if every one gives an update on where he/she is.

Seems like the invites must have expired, if you missed accepting when Gurpreet sent them earlier.
