It's what the engine/trans/ diff mount to in a 65-69 Corvair.
Then need it now to put YS-099 together because a 454 was put in mid engine. Then retaining the stock Corvair trans/diff. Yes. The stock trans/diff are just that tuff. Do that to a Honda.
