tough one specially looking at the meaning but A should be good.

 

I am not sure but this is the way i approached which makes me go for A.

Word "AS" should be there to create parallelism with the line "then only as "

This makes it option A, B , C and D.

So much as is wrong because much is not adjective. Only an adjective can exist between So..As.

this makes ti to option A and D.

D- As much that is wrong Idiomatic usage.

 

Answer A remaining should be right.

When you are trying to compare two things use the idiom "as much as"
or "as many as".
The rest of the choices present wrong idioms.
