GME 0.7.2: compatibility and language improvements

Hello once again,

Google Maps Extension 0.7.2 is finally compatible with Bad Behavior,
Gallery2wiki, and other extensions that used to produce a clash.
Hooray!

In addition, this release has full support for Spanish and Catalan,
and limited support for Basque, Japanese, French, German, Italian, and
Galician. Google Maps Extension will use the same language that your
MediaWiki is configured to use.
