Google Maps Extension 0.7.1: support for MediaWiki 1.5

Hi folks,

Shortly after releaseing 0.7.0, I discovered a bug that prevents the
inset navigation control (the "overview" attribute) from working. This
release fixes that, and as a bonus feature, I've added limited support
for MediaWiki 1.5. Although you won't see the editor's map with
MediaWiki 1.5, you finally have access to all the map features added
since version 0.4 of the extension, documented here:
