Google Maps Extension 0.7.5: fewer bugs, more options, more Dutch

I found a few minutes to incorporate a couple patches people sent me,
and make a couple changes of my own. Updates in Version 0.7.5 include:
* (bug fix) the Editor's Map correctly outputs the map's type in
non-English wikis
* (bug fix) fewer warnings about an "Undefined index"
* the Editor's Map is now optional (but enabled by default)
* the geocoder and local search are now optional (but enabled by default)
* full support for Dutch (thanks to anonymous)
* minor code changes and speed-ups (special thanks to Hartmut Holzgraefe)
In addition, I have a bit of good news, although it won't be
noticeable for a while. Today the MediaWiki folks accepted a patch I
submitted, so that starting with MediaWiki 1.9 (due out in February),
making colored paths in Google Maps Extension won't require mucking
around in internal MediaWiki files. Exciting, huh?
