Google Maps Extension 0.7.0 is available

I've listened to your feedback and have been hard at work on version
0.7.0, which includes several new features:

* improved Editor's map interface
* tabbed info balloons
* custom markers
* support for multiple languages
* inset navigation maps

In addition, the installation process has been greatly simplified
compared to 0.6; you only have to hack the MediaWiki templates if you
want to enable path support, which is disabled by default. I've also
refactored a lot of the code to make it easier for developer-types to
tinker with it.
