Google Maps Extension 0.7.3: another day, another fix

This release fixes a bug introduced in 0.7.2 that prevents the
extension from working in the *absence* of other extensions. Download:

Thanks to CaseyK for the bug report! Please don't hesitate to contact
me if you ever encounter a problem getting this extension to work as
advertised. Every set-up is different, and although I try I can't
predict all the possible variations. I rely on you to tell me about
incompatibilities, even if you can't pinpoint the source of the
problem.
