Google Maps Extension 0.7.6: continuous zoom, full French support

Greetings,

I've added support for double-click zooming and continuous zooming in
Google Maps Extension, and incorporated Sylvestre's French
translation. In addition, bug fixes in version 0.7.6 include:

* Fewer "undefined index" warnings
* Now compatible with the prototype JavaScript library
* More compatible with right-to-left languages (such as Hebrew or
Arabic)
* Fixed two German language typos
