Role: Sr. Crystal Reports Developer

Location: Scaremento, CA

Duration: 6 to 8 Months contract

We need Senior 8 to 10 years exp with Crystal Reports designer 

JD:

Minimum Qualification Identified	Response to Minimum Qualifications
5 years’ experience in Crystal Reports (within last 10 years) including implementing enterprise solutions for Crystal Reports	Over 15 years of Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise
3 years of experience with Business Objects Server: ·         Experience establishing an enterprise level development process for Crystal Reports and Business Objects Server that is secure and efficient. ·         Experience establishing an enterprise level deployment process for Crystal reports and Business Objects server that is secure and efficient. ·         Experience establishing a secure, efficient method of distributing decentralized development roles.	Over 3 years experience with Business Objects Server and implementing Crystal Enterprise solutions
3 years’ experience Oracle 11g	Over 10 years of developing in Oracle databases using PL/SQL
5 years Oracle PL/SQL	Over 10 years of developing in Oracle databases using PL/SQL
2 years’ experience with  communication (oral and written) with all levels of staff and team and mentoring skills demonstrated by the resume submitted	Over 15 years communication experience with clients determining their requirements to providing desired results
2 years’ experience in creating user documentation and training skills demonstrated by the resume submitted	Over 15 years of documentation where I have documented every project. Also, I have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
2 years’ experience in utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle demonstrated by the resume submitted	Over 8 years in utilizing SDLC
