If you're as bored as I often am, and you have a fairly quick Internet
connection (this would be pretty boring on dial-up), I recommend
downloading Google Earth. (http://earth.google.com).
Once you've done that, you can go to
http://www.gmalivuk.com/NZ-Oztrip.kmz and get the file where I stored
all the GPS waypoints I took during my trip, along with short
descriptions of most of them.
If you have any questions, let me know.
(btw, I'm in Hawaii now, and after 10 days here and a week in
Berkeley, will be returning home to Michigan on February 4)

Read about my traveals in New Zealand and Australia at
http://groups.google.com/group/gmalivuktravel or
http://gmalivuk.livejournal.com.
To see pictures, go to http://mail.google.com and login as
"gmalivuktravel.pics" with password "newzealand".
(Just sending them there as email attachments will be about the
easiest way for me to do it.)
For *urgent* messages, please contact me at both this address
(greg.m...@gmail.com) and at gmalivu...@gmail.com.
(If I have only a short time at a computer, I'll make sure to at least
check the latter, even if I don't have time for the former.)
