Hi Blair (or whoever is watching this list),

I've been happily using GmailDelaySend for many years. But just recently I'm getting parsing errors on both days (e.g. 13/12/2016 17:00) and standalone times (17:00).

When I test the date / time on my "Gmail Delay Send Settings" page, it works fine... but I'm still getting the parsing errors come through (e.g. see below).

Any idea why?

Best,
Miles

GMail Delay Send -> Parsing Errors

Sorry! There was an error parsing your message with subject: "Re: X".
The reason for this error was: "Error parsing date string: 13/12/2016 17:00 > XXX"
.
A new label was applied to this message:GmailDelaySend/Errors.
Gmail Delay Send will ignore this message until you fix the problem and remove that label.

I'm having the same issue!! !@# is my special character and i've tried it multiple times in different days and different times of the day. I also tried changing my special characters to no avail :(

Hi Christian,

I'm happy to tell you what worked for me, in this case. Of course it might not work for you.

I find that if I'm sending "plain text e-mails" through gmail - either through accident or design - then delaysend doesn't always work. But, if I make sure I'm sending HTML, it works fine.

How to check. Select "more options" at the bottom RH corner of the message (for my setup), next to the trash icon. Make sure "Plain text mode" is off (i.e. no tick next to it). For me, that tends to ensure delaysend works. If its ticked - I can have issues.

Hope this helps.
Best,
Miles
