Hello Kert,

Are things back up? I don't think I've seen this error before..

I installed the program months ago and it worked but is no longer working. I'm wondering if I need to uninstall - if that's possible - and reinstall the newer version. Thanks for any help.

Hello Kate, could you describe how the script is no longer working?

Thanks!

I don't know about scripts or code. I just went to a page and it walked me through the steps of adding the label to my existing labels. I tried it, used Gmail Delay Send/To Send, and it worked. Then I used it a few more times and it worked. The last time I tried to use it it didn't work but luckily it wasn't an important email so I just sent the email on the day of. Anyway it seems like the instructions to install said Gmail will be scanned every 5 minutes and to put a @ in front of the time, then took me to the parsing (?) page to show how to type in the date. It was really very simple - again, I did not have to use any code or scripts.

Thanks for your help -

Hello Kate,

Some users reported that after the new year rollover they needed to go options page, select 'enable -> on' then save preferences.

(Looks like a Google bug while the new year caused the script to turn off).

Maybe give that a try, then follow the steps in the tutorial again to see if things are back working.

The link's not working for me. I get a blank page. :-(  Is there an uninstall/reinstall page? I've looked but came up w/nothing.

Thanks -

Hey Kate,

Are you by chance using Safari when the blank page comes up? There have been reports that something is wrong with the Google authentication and Safari. Could you try another browser?

I thought I'd downloaded Firefox but see that I haven't, so I may try that. I just put the url in for the options page and erased everything but googlescript.com and I got that page up, so I'll look at it first and hopefully will be able to figure out what's going on. When I do, I'll post to let you know the problem's been resolved. Thanks again for your help.
