Hi,

I am trying to redistribute some newsletters to several work colleagues at once, so I started by creating a group in Google Groups, with the intention of setting up a filter in my email account so that the forwarding gets done automatically.

The second step would be to set up a forwarding address in my Gmail account, and this is where I have found the problem: in order to forward any email from a gmail account to a googlegroups account, a Verification Code is sent to the googlegroups account, but since the sender of this verification code is not a member of the group, the code is never received anywhere; and since I don't know the sender's email address, I cannot add it to the group so that the code is received.

Anyone has a solution?

Thank you very much,

Jaime

Temporarily turn on public posting to the group so it will receive the code...
