Is there a quick way to switch the Inbox setting between ''Default" and "Unread First"?

I often switch but it's very cumbersome to have to go through Settings to do so.

Thanks in advance for any help.

(Using current Chrome in Win 7)

Gmail has a "Quick Links" Lab.  Find it under Settings > Labs.  As long as a Gmail view has a distinct URL (most do), you can save it to your Quick Links, and then call it up at any time by clicking on that Quick Link.  Quick Links themselves are not the easiest feature to use since they are relegated to a part of the webpage that gets tossed around a bunch; but it can save a lot of time.

I am not sure what your "Unread First" choice refers to unless you mean "IS:Unread".  If not, there's a chance my answer doesn't apply.

Nevermind.  I see you were asking about one of the Inbox "types", which I never use (I have only ever used the normal Inbox).  I guess there is no separate URL for them so Quick Links wouldn't help with that ... except maybe to get you to the Settings > Inbox tab slightly faster (maybe one click instead of two or three).

If you hover your mouse over the Inbox label on the left side of the screen a little down arrow shows up on the right.  Click on that down arrow and you will see all of the different Inbox views which you can change.

Thanks Jeff, I hadn't noticed that drop-down before, it's only visible when one mouses over the Inbox label.

You're welcome Marko.  I should use screenshots more often to show what I am referring to.  Thanks for the visual help.

On a side note Marko, you have a lot of unread mail in your Inbox. :)
